  1. Bashing
We've got 3 running t-maxx's in the house and there is one part that breaks pretty often from landing jumps and hard bashing that I can't find on its own. It's that little pin/screw that comes with the primary gear, part number 4995 I think, that goes through the gear.

If anyone could find a place that sells them alone that would be sweet, thanks.

Maybe you could check your local hardware store for a roll-pin that's small enough for that. Then you could pick up a few for next to nothing. They are pressure fit, so you would hammer them in there and hammer them out if they shear off. I'd take the shaft with me and go look in the small parts/hardware section. Most ace hardware stores have a place for that stuff.

Tower hobbies has too expensive shipping for me in Canada, but the roll pins should work. Found a store that sells them in a bunch of sizes so I'll have to try it out. Thanks for the good answers

those are threaded on the end so they wont be press in. I've bought the same part (different size) by itself for my savage i had. I'm sure they are out there.

I'm not sure if they are the right size, but here is a start.

I was suggesting he could try a roll pin as it would work and should be reasonably priced and easy to find, since I couldn't find a 2mm threaded end version, . I've had a trans that used roll pins instead... I want to say it was an old 2.5 maxx. I remember hammering a roll pin out of something that had a trans...

It's odd that traxxas doesn't sell the stupid things separate.
