Hey all, so I got my car all tunned up and ready to go, and it works fine, idles fine, accelerates fine and everything, but just sometimes it just cuts out and wont start untill you press the exhaust and pull it, to put pressure back into the tank or something.
What can be faulty? I can't even run the car for 5 minutes. Its pretty depressing.

How hard has your engine been ran? You may have to replace your engine. Sounds like the compression is lost and your engine is worn out. Give us a little more info like the engine, fuel, consumption, and how you run it. but it sounds like you need a new engine

Well this motor is really old, its a torque 12 built in 1998. I am buying a new one, and I have found the problem ( I think). Once I took off the pull start, the plate there that's supposed to have 4 screws only had 2, and it was pretty loose. If that plate was supposed to hold pressure for the piston then of course thats the problem. But the piston itself is old, and buying a new engine is just better.

But hey guys, how do you take the gears off of the motors shaft?
See that screw on the very left?

My motor has the whole gear system attached to it. How do I take them off?
