Hey does anyone know were u can get a prepaid CC in Gerogia from? i know visabuxx anywere eles

no not that like a gift card thing like something u can put money on buy stuff online.
 
If you have a checking account you can get a debit card or open a PayPal account and get a debit card from them.

Most larger banks have secured credit cards. If you apply for a standard card and get declined they will offer one to you. I believe this is what your looking for. If you send them 200.00 they will give you a 200.00 limit. After a year or two of paying your bill on time they will raise your limit.

Ok, American Express does this for sure as my employer gives these out all the time as small bonuses to some of the people in other departments.
