any one using the outerwears prefilters?
looking for feedback it they work and some links on where to buy please.

I have a friend that uses them and he swears by them. I think you can get them through you LHS. I have never used them though.

I use them on my Baja 5B and they work great. A must have on that rig and certainly worthwhile on the smaller nitro rigs.

i know its not rc but, i have a outerwares prefilter on my quad and it works great, so i would think the rc ones work well also, i know alot of baja 5b onwers use them

LHS ROTFLMAO! those guys really suck lately. they are loosing a lot of business to the internet. i asked the guy there the other day about a rack integy and gpm parts if any thing he had was for the t maxx and he point him finger vaguely at em and says "ya this row here" and then walks into the back.
they have a huge new stroe now too "D's Hobbies" in bend oregon. the new part owner guy just doesn't care. one guy there said "we dont really promote upgrading those because they are just a trainer" about the cx2 heli.
and they have no hop up in stock for the aftershock wich they sold dozens of.
we got a new traxxas only hobbie shop too. the other day i needed a spur gear,went into D's and they didnt have it. then they tell me idaho is the closest hobby shop that carries anything traxxas. so they refuse to let me know about the other hobby shop over a $5.00 part. i knew it was there already i just like goingt to D's since i have been going for 14 plus years.
