I need help -

When a motor says it can handle a certian # of watts and amps - How do I go about calculating what the batteries are putting out?

Thanks!:wasted:

POWER (in Watts) = Voltage x Amps
a 1500mah battery is supposedto give you 1500mah or 1.5Amps for 1 hour

However, if there is a WattHour rating you can then SAFELY say how long it will deliver that 1.5 amp. I'm not 100% certain that it is safe to say that a 1500mah battery will deliver 1.5 amps for 1 hour steady.

yup! its not that accurate. but its a good estimate. :snowman:
