I found this on eBay,anyone know what truck it's from and if it's good start for a build project?
Its an HSP chassis. They used it in multiple models, from at least 3 different companies. It was used in HSP on and off road vehicles, Redcat Racing as the Volcano, Tornado, Lightning, and Exceed RC used it in literally every 1/10TH they sell that is under the Exceed RC line (monster trucks, drift cars, buggies, SCT's). Anything on this page that is listed as Exceed RC: https://www.nitrorcx.com/electriccar.html uses that chassis.

What kind of project are you looking to do? These chassis aren't bad, as long as you aren't looking for an ultra fast, 3S or higher monster. If you look at my avatar, the black/blue buggy uses that chassis, and, is the one i mentioned in your other post that started o0ut as a Redcat Volcano. For me, it wasn't really anything i was interested in, but, if you are looking for something cheap to learn on, or for a younger kid, they are perfect for that. There are a ton of aluminum parts available, as well as a multitude of parts sources for them. I personally wouldnt recommend the aluminum parts, after bad experiences with them, but it might be something you are interested in. If you ever do decide to do aluminum upgrades, dont buy the full kits. You can buy the individual parts typically way cheaper overall, than the price of the complete kits.

Thanks probably a basher kind of build
The HSP based cars are ok for a lower powered, 2S, 3300KV or 3500Kv 3650 motor, and 60A-80A ESC, but anything more than that and it will just keep flipping over constantly. They are a tad bit shorter than an Arrma Granite, so at higher speeds, even the on road and drift cars dont like to stay on their wheels. They only come in 4WD, and, removing the driveshaft to make them 2WD will just destroy the rear diff. I experimented a lot with them when i first got back into RC stuff, because they were cheap.

Yeah I'm gonna be running it 2s lipo

It would be ok on 2S, but, the most, speed wise, you might be able to get out of it, is around 30 tops. Like i said, they arent bad cars, they are just on the lower end of the hobby scale, and, in some ways, it does show. Durability wise though, as long as you arent trying for constant 15 foot jumps, running in extreme cold, or hammering on it constantly, they hold up fairly well. If you decide to go for it, keep A-Arms on hand though. Hard hits do cause them to break a bit easier than other cars, If you do decide to go for it, and have any questions, or any concerns before hand, ask away.

So when I brake a part what exactly should I put into banggood or wherever to find spare parts

There are a dozen ways to find parts on there, HSP 1/10 parts (almost all of the HSP 1/10TH parts will fit that chassis), HSP 94111 parts (oh, the 94111 is a monster truck, its also known as the Brontosaurus. Redcat calls it the Volcano, and Exceed RC calls it the Infinitve), https://www.monkeyhobby.com/hsp-bro...ess-truck-1-10-pro-edition-94111-pro-60a-rtr/, but it depends on what you are looking for. On road car, Monster truck, Desert/Stadium truck, buggy. If you want it to be anything other than a Monster Truck, you need to remove two of the front and two of the rear shocks, and, for the buggy, you need to add the body mounts. Best bet is figure out what you want to build it into, then, find that HSP car (all you do is search based on the type of vehicle you want, with HSP 1/10 in front of it, such as HSP 1/10 Monster Truck, HSP 1/10 Drift Car, HSP 1/10 Stadium truck, HSP 1/10 On Road Car). You can also search for Redcat parts based on the name (Redcat Tornado (buggy), Redcat Volcano (Monster Truck), Redcat Lightning STK (On Road Car), Lightning EPX (Drift Car), or any of the multiple Exceed RC cars, just by putting in Exceed RC, and the name of the car. If you look through the Exceed RC list i sent you, you will find the names of the vehicles.
