posting video

I know how to post pics but how the heck can i post WMV videos on here I've got on my iphone? I emailed em to myself to put them on the desktop and now there isnt an option to put them in a post here.. Any help? Trying to let everyone check out my progress as it occurs on the track I'm making in my back yard and have some video of a couple of the jumps while I'm taking the revo around it.:whhooo:

You need to have a host site to put the video on then post a link to it here. I use you tube then when I post the link the forum is set up to automatically "embed" it.
