As per RCNT Rules:
Attaching Images - If you post an image into the forum please make sure it is no larger then 640×480 in size. Anything larger causes it to destroy the layout of the site and reading the thread very hard.
With that out of the way, you will need to find a photo host such as:
www.photobucket.com
Once your pics are uploaded to their site, they will actually give you a link to "Copy" and "Paste" to your post.
Posting a pic will look like this:
