well that a new idea. good job. How did you glue the body back together.

Very nice dove tail. I did that to my last body but didnt leave the bed in there.
Yours looks quite clean!

heres my newest proline bod with my old homemade wing. I have since put on a traxxas wing. This body is soooo durable, I love it!

Mr4k .... I love the Proline body especially the fastback behind the cab. what model is it and where did you get it? Proline direct or other?

thanks its the crowd pleazer body. I picked it up at my local hobbytown usa. our other local shop says the body is no longer made, but you can find them out there still!

Not that I could tell. I would still like to try to take out large sections of the lugs but I dont want to move so much material that I throw them way out of balance.
I have a fullsized rockcrawler and I always groove my tires on that but its more of a low speed thing alowing the tire to move and flex. perhaps it doesn't even apply to these high speed trucks?..

I think you would get a little more flex out of the tread if you took enough material out of the equation. It may cause the tread to chunk off eventually though. I'm pretty sure that any of us with unbalanced tires would benefit from taking the time to do it.

Sweet ride! I picked up over the week-end...killer price.
