Hi Taz, don't think the roll handle on my truck is integy one. Getting some more Fuel this weekend. Will be the first time I've run the new diff covers, heavier oil in my shocks as I was running standard oil with yellow springs, and relocated fuel filter.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is or at least it sure looks like it anyway.....you should check it out and let me know.;) I can't wait to see the vids of it when you run it this weekend !:D So what shock oil are you running ?
I'm running Trinity 100wt shock oil in mine with the yellow 7.4 Losi shock springs. I also just orderd a set of shock covers, a Big Daddy fuel filter, Lundsford turnbuckles(5mmX40mm), Lundsford turnbuckle kit(steering), and a Lundsforn turnbuckle wrench from GSHobby.
So what springs are you running now ? Where did you relocate the fuel filter to ?.....pics

Here's the stuff I'm getting:

Hi Taz, I'm running Schumacher 40wt oil in my shocks with my yellow springs, only changed it last weekend so i've not tried it out yet. My local losi dealer thought 35wieght would be ok but I decided to go slightly heavier. I fixed my big daddy fuel filter onto my rear shock tower. If you go to the tread on fuel filter location there is a picture of it on there. Hope thats some help.

Hi Baggyman, yes that's helps me out a lot......Thansk, good looking out ! It seems that a lot of people are relocating their fuel filters to the rear shock tower.:D

Hi Taz, I did it cause I cracked a fuel tank where the filter was located in standard form, and i was having trouble tuning my engine. Thought it would keep the fuel at a low temp when entering the carb.

Hi Baggyman, Right on !:D I actually have one of my filters(stock) sitting on top of my fuel tank(front, just behind engine....next to primer) and the other one(Axial) on the right side of the fuel tank in the holder, held on by the fuel tank screw. That seems to work pretty good for me, but I may try what you did when I get my Big Daddy fuel filter.;)

just got her last weekend. traded my electric TC3 for it :D I researched about the truck quite a lot and this has been modified quite a bit I think. all aluminum shocks, white springs, metal pinion and spur gears, forward-only tranny (no high/low gear :( ), beadlocks (which are fake i think), almost bald super king pin tires, crappy radio, duratrax fail safe, custom painted pro-line desert rat body (not pictured), RD logics pipe (LOUD), better heatsink, front RPM A-Arms, lunsford turnbuckles, losi 5-cell battery, and other stuff i probably couldn't name.

Still very much getting used to starting the thing. Got it going for a bit in between the rain today, but didn't really get anywhere. ended up spending 45 minutes only to find out my glow ignitor wasn't charged :S hopefully tomorrow i'll get to actually drive it with the body on! :O

here's a pic during surgery (came with busted chassis rails, chassis brace, various bent parts and misc. screws)

and here's a pic after with LST2 rails...

Well Lunchbox, I'll start off saying nice looking truck you got there. :D

Now then, just to help you out a bit,
You have most likely (98% sure) a Losi Aftershock, with Hard Anodized Aluminum Shocks and LST2 differential cases. The reason you have no Hi/Low is because the aftershock transmission only came with a Forward Only, 2 speed. Because if you notice as well you have no reverse. You have the TiNi Spur gears and Clutch bell on what I assume to be a Mach .26 with a Nova Cooling Head. You also have a RPM spur/gear cover. Notice you have the Lunsford turnbuckles on your RPM arms as well. Good job on that. The rims almost look to be Traxxas Maxx rims with a fake rim screwed/glued on. But not certain.

Overall it's a nice looking truck, I'm sure you have fun with it and your get the hang of Nitro in no time flat. And always remember to take your time and do things right. We're here to help, use us as much as possible. :D

Big thanks for the warm welcome!! And thanks for filling me in on what I actually have lol. I noticed you're in washington.....where from? I'm in Anacortes if you've ever heard of it. Google maps is your friend ;) Thanks again and have a look at the thread I'm about to post in a few with some questions.

Nice lookin LST kb.bear ! Let's see a vid of it !:D

That's one nice lookin' Aftershock you have there Lunchbox, I like the body ! Let's see a vid of it in action now !:D Losi LST pretty much said it all in a nut shell !;)

Thanks!! You should see the other body I got with it ;) Will post pics eventually. Also, I actually decided it's an LST because it has rubber covers on the transmission that would only be there from a forward-only conversion, which is unnecessary on an aftershock :)

i do have a vid of it from today.......but i made it to try and trouble shoot my tuning woes :(

No problem, your welcome ! I definately wanna see pics of the other body you got with it, what is it ? It's very possible that it couold be an original LST and not an Aftershock. Although it looks good and sounds somewhat descent, I think whoever said it in the vid at 1:49 is right about it being too lean. You definatley wanna richen it up a bit, there should be a lot more 'blue' smoke and oil coming from the exhaust. The idle sounds pretty good. You should be able to hit second gear, not to mention full throttle after the 5 tanks of fuel that you have run through it.:D

here is my lst 2. i find my self not wanting to drive by just looking at at. shes a shelf queen and will be up for sale soon.

That's a nice lookin' truck there crashhard 23 ! I like the Cen wheels/tires on it, I have a set of them for LST2 too.;) I also noticed the RPM A-arms, but why no Lunsford turnbuckles, I just bought a set for mine;), but I did notice you got the Lunsford turnbuckle kit(steering)....which I also just got.;) So why a Savage exhaust on an M26ss, and not the 427 ?
Oh well, all in all it's a nice looking truck, I like what you did with it !:D
So why are you selling it and how much ? PM me and let me know.....Thanks !

here's some more pics. the first two are the body i mentioned :)

Hey Lunchbox, I like that Crowd Pleaser body...I want one for my LST2  BTW, did you get it dialed in and running right yet ?

thanks for the compliments, the reason i didnt get the lunsford turnbuckles is i ran out of money.lol that was the only thing left to upgrade. my lst has all titanium gears and titanium shock pistons. i have spent soooo much money and drove it once or twice. its been sittin for about a year now, and its time to move on. i put the savage exhaust to be different and it looks awsome and has perfomance value. the reason I'm thinking of selling it is to start fresh on something else.

ehh not really. its at the point where i can drive it around, but its getting really hot (320-350F) and i dont know why. its got lots of blue smoke so its not too lean. i think i may just clean it up and sell it for an electric. the hassle of nitro is just not worth be able to fill up and keep driving (which is the main reason i wanted to give it a try). i really wanted to like it, but i can see myself quickly being frustrated with the procedure to start the thing and keep it running.

No problem, your welcome ! Right on, that's cool......I always kinda wanted to do that exhaust myself because your right, it does look killer, but I wasn't sure if it would fit or work.:D So what exactly are you thinking of starting fresh on ?

Oh, that's bummer.....you got to be kidding, it's actually not that hard once you get the hang of it.;) It actually needs to be richened up and leaned out, so yeah it actually is too lean.:D You just need to adjust the HSN counterclockwise(left) to richen it so that you add more fuel and less air.;)
Here ya go, check these out...hope they help.
