Well I come back into this awesome hobby ;) I have a old rc10t. I just cracked it out and really realized how much fun it was but now I want to go gas so here are my options..... and if I am saying something wrong please help or give me a sugestion...

I want either the T Maxx or the Savage 21... OR?

I want something thats gonna be RTR so I dont have to spend time messing with building it I just want to run it and then fix it if needed I am pretty good in the mechanical area plus I now have all you guys on this awesome forum ;) please post thoughts of which I should get price range $400 please..

thanks guys and thanks for letting me on this awesome place ;)

welcome to RCNT!!!

Both monster trucks u have mentioned are perfect, and equally fun and easy to maintain. It really just comes down to a matter of preference.

Personally - if u are new to nitro - i would recommend the the TMAXX, since it is a bit more user friendly. it comes with an electric start, reverse, and a great instructional first time nitro user dvd

i think 1/8 scale buggies are a hair out of the price range. i would go with the t-maxx just because like nitroaddict said they are probably about one of the most user friendly trucks that come rtr. the savage isnt quite as good for a beginner.

i would say get the T-maxx as well. i have a savage but they are not really the best for a first timer. they can be hard to start until they are broke in. i bought my savage just because it came with metal gears, and a .21 engine which is what i would have wanted to do with a T-maxx if i got one anyway. either way you wont go wrong both are a blast to run!
