although i have no idea weather the item will fit, you will get a lot more help around here if you type in proper English. the shortening of words (ie: leet speak), incomplete sentences, and the misspelled words, will lead most users to skip over your post for one that is easier to read.
now off to your question. if you could post up a link to the rig and the engine you want to combine, we may be able to help you out a bit. or at least more info, like what size engine your rig has stock etc..

Look at your old crankshaft and the exhaust port shape and location. As long as they match the new engine it will fit. Being that it is a Kyosho engine and truck I am 99% sure the engine mount bolt holes will line up perfect.
