Help!

I have a new RC18T and I have to give it a little push for the thing to get moving. Once you stop and try to go again, you gotta give it a little nudge.

Can anyone help me with this?

Sounds as if the diffs need tightened. Did you just build it (Factory Team Kit) or is it the RTR? You said it was new....new to you or new;fresh out of the box?

It's RTR, new outta the box. To be honest, I think I may have figured out what up. My nephew used it but I don't think he followed the setup instructions for trim, throttle etc. I assume this could cause my problem?? Thanks for helping. I'm very new to this and I have no idea what to look for.
