WHat is the best pipe out there for a .12 pullstart and Non P/S and then a .15 and a .18 ?

Well so far I have used the following and think they are both awesome!

RD Logics Dual Chamber
AE Dual Chamber (what I run now)

If this is going on a REAR exhaust NTC3 then I would ask if RD Logics has released the new and improved header yet. If not, skip it and go with the AE dual chamber.

Will this work well with the Mugen MT12 Rear exh. not turbo?

Hehe - funny you should ask. Thats what I run. Go with the AE dual chamber pipe. You will be VERY happy with that setup on the Mugen MT .12 rear exhaust.

jon2 - i have seen christians car, and it is good. hehe, i sounded like a minister.

but seriously, i run an OS cv-r with the AE pipe, and id say that christians NTC3 was as fast, if not faster than mine. that setup is awesome. i probably would have gone with it too, but wanted to stay with a side exhaust due to cost.

BTW - last night i installed the new Golden horizons 3mm 7075 lightened chassis on the NTC3 - looks great, can't wait to see how it handles. i had major tweak in my last chassis.

NA what chassis are you using? I am looking for a decent pipe cuz I just bought a Mugen MT12 Rear exh. Couldn't pass up the deal for only 90 bucks

for your mt12 use the standard rear exhaust AE pipe and header. there are none better.

the chassis is the golden horizons 3mm 7075 lightwieght. I doubt it is too much better than the stock model, but my stock chassis was mangled and the LHS gave me this one for free. it lists for 50.00, the stock chassis lists for 40.00

i'll go out and buy one since mine is still the side exhaust. Are ther any performance differences to the rear and side exhausts?

if u are not racing - u will not readily notice the difference between rear and side. there is some, but not a "wow" factor.

U will however, have a HUGE WOW factor with that mt12. its one of the most potent engines on the planet. Christians is mind numbingly fast and for some reason the MT12 just sounds amazing.
