i have a picco .26 max engine and a trinity pipe. problem is the manifold don't seal on the engine. it looks like the pipe is bent to much,i am thinking its made for a revo 2.5. any ideas on where is can get the manifold?

Bent too much? Got a photo of it installed?

I thought the picco 26 maxx was a drop in without anything but the stock header on a traxxas truck. If the trinity pipe/header for the 2.5 works on the 2.5, it should work on the picco. It may require the wire to be adjusted a bit since the engine probably is a bit taller though.

I just won one of those pipes off ebay to put in my BB revo. I plan on using the BB header with it that traxxas makes. The trinity one doesn't allow for any give at the coupler which would lead to bent headers on not so perfect landings. Finding just the header for that pipe specifically is a pain. I looked a while back when I was shopping for a pipe.

yea i have a pic but its blurry put i will post it. i got a new camera so when i get my truck back i will get some good pics. but my truck is a revo 3.3 with a picco 26. but if i'm not mistaking the pipe on the 3.3 is not bent so much like on the 2.5. i don't know a whole lot about these nitro trucks.

Yeah, you've got a bad bend in that header. that happened to my THS header and I just grabbed it with a pair of pliers on the top and bottom of the crease on the header and squeezed it a little. just lightly squeeze and you will see it start to straighten out.

Stick a small screw driver, the handle or butt end in each end of the header. Slowly pull on them until it is straight. Headers bend, better than cracking like the stock pos does!
You will need to rebend the pipe hanger wire as well.
