I got to see the whole car at the U.S. gas champs. There was actually 2 of them that they had. One of the cars was a fully prototype buggy. The top graphite plate was wover red graphite ( pretty trick ) and it had some CNC pieces in there that looked really beefy. Because it was a prototype, the car didn't handle that well. Richard had to kick the rear in alot cause the car had a tremendous amount of understeer. I'm sure that by the time the car comes out, they'll have some of the bugs knocked out of it. Pretty impressive though considering that it was a first time run vehicle. Goodluck.

I like the front shock tower - beefy. :D

If you look carefully, they had 2 shock towers mounted up front.

There were 2 cars at the race. Richard Saxton and Michael Charwin's. Richard Saxton works for Thunder Tiger and he is very well known in the r/c industry. He specifically races off-road and he has won many national events in off-road. Probably, one of the coolest dudes to talk to.

That looks pretty sweet from the outside. Id like to see UNDER the lid.

As for the front shock tower, if the left and right are separate pieces, then that is one hell of a concept. A lot less expensive to replace :)

nah he is just saying they stacked 2 socktowers together up front to make it more rigid.

That's 2 shock towers mounted onto the front diff casing. Basically, you just put one shock tower on top of the other. The front shock tower is only one piece ( just like all the other manufactures ).

I like the "shock inside the arm" setup. Compact and protected.
Oh yeah......like the open container of fuel too. (Ha!!)

His name is Richard Saxton, and he is apparently one of the cream of the crop type Buggy players.

Christian asked for more "upskirt" shots so here they are, can't let my buddy down!
