Hey guys....I have decision to make on what motor to put in my t4.2. First I have an LRP vector 6.5 and the second is a Novak ballistic 8.5. What do you guys think I should run? Thanks!

Yeah... I was thinking the 6.5 might be too much motor for it but I was curious as to how it would perform in such a light truck. Of course the same holds true in RC as with your 1:1... horsepower is useless if you can't get the power the track.

I've heard good things about both, but I'd go with the Ballistic just for the ability to adjust the timing to get that last little bit of oomph at the track.

Thank my friend. I appreciate the input. Usually I only have one choice for power when I finish a kit so picking one is pretty easy. I have had the LRP motor for a while now and haven't had anything to put it in. I know the Novak motor will give me more adjustabiltiy and was probably the best choice, but I was still curious as to what you guys thought given the choice between the two. Thanks again guys!
