So i recently bought a tmaxx to just throw a nice big powerful engine in. I just recently got a nice used truck and then bought my engine. The tmaxx I got is old and has a pro .15 in it. the picco is a slide carb and the pro .15 is not. i dont know whet i need to get for the linkages to run this engine. anyone know a good set that will work for this engine and i also have a spare 2.5 chassis plate laying around and some other odds and ends that i can use.

You will need the throttle bellcrank and linkages to convert from rotary carb to slide valve carb.
There is a kit available (part # 4900) that includes the bellcrank & linkages, but it also includes the rear exhaust header and the cheap plastic pipe. If you already have the header and a pipe for the new engine you can find the bellcrank (part #5167) and linkage (part # 5168) online.
You will also soon need center and wheel drive shafts, differentials and a forward only conversion (if not already upgraded). You will also want to use 12 friction pegs in the spur gear.
That .26 will eat the driveline of a stock pro.15 Tmaxx for lunch like it was really hungry.
