Hey I got an Ofna picco 26 for my savage and I am running a 52 spur with a 15 clutch bell. It wont stop pulling weelies..I'm more interested in a hard take off than weelies...My question is Will the 18t clutch bell hurt the motor for off road use...I know savage says use it for on road only with the 25.But since the picco 26 has alot more power will this be ok.If any 1 has tried this gear combo with this engine let me know how it worked out Thanks

The 18t CB is designed for on road use, if you are looking for less wheelies back off the nut on the spur gear by 1/8 to 1/4 turn and see if that helps, I'd hate to see you toast a good motor by useing the wrong gear combo for off road conditions, besides a slipper pad cost way less than the new picco!

just to let you know that the 52T will not work with a 18T.. for some reason it won't mesh properly....

I have the 16/52 gearing with my .26 but am running the Extended Chassis. It will not wheelie from a dead stop unless it is on grass. Aslo, may want to loosen up the slipper clutch a hare on the street.
