Okay, well... I got body scissors and works alright on the wheel wells but I see so many bodies with prestine perfect cut wells? Am I missing a better way?

I agree 100% with Alpine. I first cut it out close as possible to the line, then use a sanding drum on a dremel to make nice clean wheel wells.
