For hardware, I like Anandtech.com

HardOCP.com is also good, both websites have forums.

Anandtech and Hardocp also do legit reviews.

the one i go to is twistedforums.com its a modding websight but it depends on what you want.. game forum.. hardware forum.. modding forum. software forum.. help forum..

hardocp.com is one of my favorites. The reviews are always honest, but the forums were at their peak about 3 to 4 years ago when they had a General Mayhem forum. That site was also the one where people started cutting holes in their cases for fans and coined the term blowhole. Also, if you remember "all your base arebelong to us", hardocp was one of the two main forums where people were doing the most photochoping.
