Ok so I was thinking about opening a paypal accout and can't figuar out which one to get. Do I get the Premier one or the Personal one. I think that the premier account is needed to sell something but I'm not shure any comments. Or in other words which one is free and that I can't sell a car with... or buy something off ebay. Just get a regular account. You can add features to it later if you need them.
Dont be in a hurry, it takes 3-6 days to open it.

If you want to sell on eBay, you might want to consider the Premier account. You can then accept credit card payments which can sometimes get you more bids. The drawback however, is that they will charge you a fee for EVERY transaction, I think the fee is $.30 + 2.9% of the TOTAL payment including the shipping charges. With the personal account you can pay or accept payments by your account balance or instant bank transfer only but it's all free.

I don't know what I have... it's been a while since I set it up. I do know that a fee gets deducted when I receive money, but otherwise it's free. I buy stuff of ebay all the time.

If there's a fee you have a premier/business account. Paying someone else is always free.
