Hey does anyone have a paypal acc.?? I hate to ask this question but i just bid on something on ebay and i look in my paypal acc. and i am a dollar short. I have 26.00 but it cost 27.00 and i was like man. If anybody is willing to loan me a dollar please let me know because i really need it because i dont want to get left with some negitive feedback.
