I'm kind of new to the Traxxas Slash. What are some suggestions of the "must have" after market parts?

Shock caps are a must, they pop off too easy. then if you break anything else id go with RPM upgrades for sure.

Yes, RPM Upgrades are always great. Do they make a sway bar kit for the Slash?

Carriers, spur gears and shock caps for backups just in case. More if you run/bash really hard.

I upgraded most of the plastic to RPM. I also upgraded the shock caps from plastic to aluminum, as well as the steering rack from plastic to aluminum.

+1 for shock caps and go RPM if you can.

Yeah Dynamite makes one for about $15 and I think new era but they want like $29 for it. I got the Dynamite and love it!
