Outlook or Hotmail

MS just released the new Outlook for email. I think it's probably the same as Hotmail.
How do you insert contacts?

When you install it, it should ask you to import your contacts from your other email. I may be wrong, but most of the ones i have used prompt for the import.

How do I add someone who's not currently a contact? I can't find anything.

I can add them as a contact if I get an email from them.
Still can't find a way to add a new contact.

Anyone?

Go to tools, Adress book, and then Control+Shift+B, Should be able to add from there.
