question which would be a good pipe for my sp2 which has a v-spec. I am going to be running on a mid-long track. I was lookin at the jp3 and it is suppose to have alot of mid range just wonder if it would take away from my bottom end any. Anyone runnin a v-spec what pipe do you run

:buggy1:

I run a V-Spec on my MBX5T (truggy) and usually run a JP-3. I also have an EB Mods V-Spec that I run either the JP-3 or the JP-1. No issues on short run-up tripples.

I suggest a Sportwerks 053 pipe. Another great midrange pipe. And it's cheap too.

this sounds kinda wierd but I ran a sp2 on a os jp modd motor and it kicked ass...just not a motor with alot of life to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1but rules when its in good shap!!!!!!!!!!!good luck.....

A friend of mine was running a JP-2 on a JPModded V-Spec, he tried my JP-1 and JP-3 along with with his 2050 OS pipe. He liked the JP-1 because it woke up the bottom end on the motor.

We run at a few different tracks, right now indoor season so you're not going to find anything long but our straights are definitely longer than 50 feet.

I have seen that a 086 is a great pipe for longer tracks. The JP series sucked too much fuel. Nothing wrong with the 2050 either.
Jet, have you tried a Moogen pipe yet?

Stock V-Spec running a JP-3 pipe today (indoor, clay high traction) on my 5T, 17-18 second track I got 14 minutes out of it running 230*. Fast lap 16.4, average 17.1 No on the mooogen pipe, have the variety of JP's, too cheap to buy more pipes.
