What O.S Engines have you all delt with before on the MAXX. I have the original 3.3. Theres many options of O.S Nitro engines. I'm bascially lookin for one with a bit more punch N acceleration. Any feedback greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm probably gonna go to my LHS to see what they got.

Well if ya go big block conversion I suggest the O.S .30 ... Its screams in my cyber-maxx

Well, the OS18TM doesn't exist any longer. It's power output wasn't any stronger than the 3.3 really, but it had a better power curve. The OS18TZ has a little more snap than the 3.3, but it isn't a bolt in I don't think. You have to find a header that will work with it. Perhaps the one from the 18TM for the maxx.

As for the 21TM... I thought it a bit over priced:

But, if it's a really strong engine... might be worth the $.

Why are you looking for OS engines only? A lot of guys have ran this one with good results:

I believe it requires a special engine mount though:

Still, $80 cheaper than the OS21TM.
