Os .21xz-b v2 inner head help

On my os max 21 xz-b I had put in a new sleeve and piston but the inner head was also damaged so I had a spare inner head from a on road os .21xz-r will it work? I when ahead and put it on but it turns on but doesn’t go more than like 25% throttle not faster than that with 20% fuel

Yea that’s what I mean the part numbers are different I think for the old head it’s like 22012100 and the off road version two it’s 22424104
But they looked the same I can’t find it to measure I tossed it
