Having both a 18tm and tm323 in each of my Revo's I will definately say the tm323 wins hands down.

TM323
Pros
- great torque, great sound, easy to tune
- complete kit including header and pipe
- orange and black goes great with my truck
Cons
- upsets the neighbours when doing tuning runs in the street
- Fuel thirsty
- not a small block so a consideration if racing

18TM
Pros
- less torque for better race control
- quieter than the 323
- better fuel efficiency
- small block if racing
Cons
- harder to tune (IMO)
- sound doesn't intimidate
- from a distance can be confused with stock trx

Really for bashing I'd go the 323. If racing, the 18tm is preferred but the 323 can be race modded with gearing and slipper adjustments.
