Os .18

so my buddy wants to buy my OS .18 cvr off me for 100 bucks. I have only 1 gallon through it. He also wants the header, and exhaust (blue tmaxx race pipe). do you think its worth that? the head has some scratches where the paint has worn off when i first go it but other than that is still strong with excellent compression. I was going to switch to the OFNA .26 because i need more to push my maxx with all the aluminum i have. what should i do?

$100 is a good price in my opinion. I wouldn't ask for more since it's only $130 brand new. It really just depends on what the value is to you though.

It's up to you and if you think it's worth it. If you don't see a reason to keep the header and pipe, the $100 for a used engine is a good sell for you and a decent buy for him.

Honestly, used engines (even with only a gallon of use) rarely bring half of what they cost new. Unless it's a really bad azz engine. Don't get me wrong, the OS18CV is a good engine, but you'd be lucky to get $50-$75 out of it used.

how much do you think i could get for a brand new os.15 that has 1/2 of a tank through it??? i payed $140
