just have two questions what is the normal temp for the os 18 and what is the best way to bring back the bottom scew or the fuel mix scew to factory settings. i stored the motor for a few months and my scew setting ended up getting mess with.
 
Around 220F is what you want on the temperature. For the needle settings, flush, with a .5mm opening on the idle air adjustment should get you to factory. You may have to lean down from there.
 
I've got that engine in my RS4, I love it, my temps will sometimes climb up to 240 and thats not really a big deal as long as you don't notice anything wrong with the performance of the car. You should be looking between 220-250F.
