Funny thing, if you stare at one point anywhere in that pic, the disks will stop moving. If you scan around the pic, the disks will move more the faster you move your eyes. Also, it looks like to me, whatever point you're looking at doesn't move, but everything around it does, no matter what point it is in the pic. Probably has something to do with the receptors in your eyes and the blind spots. I wonder if size has anything to do with the illusion too. can you imagine a bill board along the side of the road right before a hairpin turn. Oh the carnage that would cause.
