Opinions on new paint scheme

A few weeks ago I got a Tekno EB48.4 on Ebay and it seems the original owner did not use lexan paint on the body. After one run its flaking and peeling everywhere. So I'm gonna be getting a new body soon. I'm debating between sticking with a flat gray color or an iridescent purple/green color. It has orange wheels and orange wing buttons (black wing) so I want something that would go with that, and something unique. So any opinions or new ideas would be great.

If you want unique paintjob, I highly recommend you check rally/dakar liveries and then mimic them on your car. I used one from the baja 1000 on my savage and it looks great !

Colors that look great with orange...
Green, blue, red, yellow, purple, or just about anything at all really. I mean who would have thought this would look good before actually seeing it on the car?

I decided to go with Tamiya Corsa Gray for the body color. Backed with Duratrax basic black. With clear windows. And I'm keeping the orange wheels and orange wing buttons (with a black wing)
