OOPS how do i change it back??

well i got a reply to one of my pictures and you know how they give you 2 links in the email. Well stupid me wasn't paying attention and copy pasted the one that says you dont want to get emailed when you have a reply to the picture. So how do i change it back so i can get replys to that picture i couldnt figure it out??
