@majin I have a horn installed, but I have a feeling the stock transmitter may be limiting. I'd assume I have to designate a channel on the transmitter for the horn function. Regardless, I've made some tweaks to make the engine sound louder and added brakes.

i a LOT of us use the flysky gt3b, its on amazon under 50 bucks but is a great controller for the price, not the top of the line, but many leaps beyond the stock, just gotta get a few recievers and can have multiple trucks slaved to the same controller. its great untill you want to run 2 trucks at once, so i only put my trucks on my transmitter and i leave all of my sons on the factory remotes untill he complains about it, lol then ill get him a fsgt3b as well.
the gt5 will hold memory of multiple trucks/'cars so like my ecto, which pulls to the left has the trim and endpoints set on it, but when i drive the stampede its settings are a LOT different, and instead of having to recalibrate them each time it remembers the settings so when i set it to ect it puts whatever vehicle its bound to onto the ecto settings and vice versa.
for one that doesn't break the bank its pretty good

I like everything about this! I've been thinking of a new transmitter that I can run through trucks with. Mainly my Blazer my FCX18 and another future 1/18 (haven't decided which model yet).
