I seem to be going though a lot of one ways in my roto start any suggestions what to do to fix the problem.

Loosen the glow plug slightly when starting it. That will take the worst of the 'shock' off the bearing. When it starts, spin the plug in with the ignitor, then tighten it down with the wrench.

wow i never knew that rolex. i can always learn something new from this site everyday lol =]

was thinking about getting rotor starter something so ill def keep this in mind for sure

I proffer pull starts, but Rolex's tip will help them last longer.

Also, make sure not to overprime and flood the engine. That will take a OWB out pretty quick. FUEL DOES NOT COMPRESS!!! lol

Good luck!

get a pull start and you wont have the problem of wearing them out to fast. definitly do what rolex said and loosen the gp when your trying to start it to release some of the compression and stree on your owb.

once your truck starts tighten the gp back up
