ok so i just pulled the one way bearing out from behind 1 of my pullstarts...
all i have is 50% isopropyl alchohol is this ok to clean it with??

ok just soaked the bearing in achohol and then ran qtip through it with achohol and it still sliping if i pull the pullstart with normal starting force

It's broke, buy a new one. The bearings inside the housing ride in a plastic cage, you probably cracked it.
That or the shaft is worn.

Which truck is this on? Just curious because if it's the Revo, there might be an extra whatever you need in that last box I sent.

That's Traxxas with a 3.3 right? I think you have a complete pullstart in that box.

When you clean the bearing you need to clean the pullstart and starter shaft too, or all you'll get is more oil in the bearing.

Glad everything worked out! As a side note, I found that if you clean the OWB with isopropyl alcohol, dry it out with heat soon after, so the water will evaporate. I used a hair dryer on mine hehe.

:)
