OFNA isn't know for making junk, but they are not renowned for on-road. The main reason I would shy away from it is that side-driven belt drive being exposed like that.
 
Unless you are planing on always running it on carpet or very clean indoor tracks, stay away from belt drives, especially one side mounted like that. Belt drives are notorious for picking up rocks and smashing the holy hell out of your gears. Pan cars and other carpet/indoor high-end racing kits use belt drives for the weight savings but are not intended to go hit a parking lot.

For on-road, you can't go wrong with the HPI's.
