If you are a first person shooter player then its funny (AS do I) but otherwise I can easily see why it wouldnt be funny to others.

Yes, I have kids in school, and dont make lite of any of the school shootings. Personally, I feel as if parents were still allowed to beat their kids ass and put the fear of God into them, these things would happen less often. Thats JUST my opinion. Lack of respect from children creates a hostile environment within our youth populus. Lack of enforcement creates a hostile environment within our adult populus as well.

I personally think we waste to much time worring about children and all that crap. I mean we make idiocy flurish and grow because we protect the week and stupid. It should be like the rest of the animal world the strong surive and rule the weaker. We protect children to much. I mean look kids should learn from trial and error if you touch the stove you get burnt a smart kid will stay the hell away from the stove after that. A dumb one will set his arse on fire after playing with it again and will die. I just helps clean up the shallow end of the gene pool as far as I am concerned. Also your kids are your responsability not mine. I could care less about your kids. Or anyones kids for that matter. You made them you take care of them. Its like the sign that says "Slow Children Playing." well slow kids need to stay the hell out of the street. I never got hit so I guess I was a fast kid cause I got my rear out of the street when a car was coming . X

One must keep in mind, when crossing either political lines or even 'sports' discussions, things can get out of hand. Just as I even expected some feedback about my response, others should expect feedback about theirs.

Like I said in the beginning, if you play First person shooter style games, this cartoon at least made sense. May have been in bad taste, but, to some its not.

Its like saying that there is a single person that agrees with EVERYTHING George Carlin makes a crack about. It just doesn't happen. And even though the guy offends me, I still pay to see him every time he comes to Buffalo.

As for protecting my kids, well, put it this way. If you have a deathwish then cross my line. Otherwise, stay home. I would gladly take a shot in the head for my country and for my fellow countrymen. Just think how I would be about my family!

So dont make this post personal, keep an 'open' mind. Not everyone thinks alike. This pertains to all of us. Including myself.

I think you summed it up perfectly. Man I did not post this image to piss off all the parents here. I posted it so that other guys that play FPS games could get a laugh out of it like I did. That is the what the joke is about. Gamers not kids getting killed.

The carlin deal is a perfect example if you don't like the way I think about kids never ever ever watch a Carlin special on HBO or you will want to kill him. I make no appoligies for what I think about kids its my right to feel that way and if you don't like it oh well. Still the only reason this was posted was so that other gamers might get a laugh hence the first thing I wrote "Ok you have to be a gamer to get this" X

Dang dude...you sound like a friggin Hitler Nazi youth...do you REALLY mean that?

In my opinion:

The single biggest problem in society is the breakdown of the family and the closely associated lack of proper parental responsability and discipline. I can not believe how out of control kids are. Parents want to be "the buddy" and not the disciplinarian they should be. Kids lose respect and lose control of their own emotions and moral boundaries. It makes me FUME when I see parents that have completely lost control of their kids and the KIDS obviously rule the household.

The second biggest problem is that so few people hold to a black and white standard of what's right and wrong. 98% of the people are migrating to the "if it feels good, do it" attitude.

My standard is the Bible. My measure of what's right and wrong is God's Word.

How can we go wrong if we all at least acknowledge and obey a common set of rules, a common set of what's right and what's wrong?

Now back to the comic - IF YOU DONT PLAY FPS STYLE GAMES YOU MORE THAN LIKELY WILL NOT GET IT! And even if you do, you might still find it offensive. I find that even some of the FPS's are offensive just in content. After all, the sole objective of ANY FPS is to kill. But hey, I still play Quake, Tribes, SOF, RTCW and UT. They kickass! But there are a TON of people who find that the mere existance of these games tears at moral fabric. Well if that be the case then so does every John Wayne movie ever made hehehehe.......
