I left on the on-road scene a few months back as I had traded my RS4 3 and NTC3 for a really good laptop that I needed more than my cars at the time since I owned seven nitros that day. But I had missed my on-road cars especially after hearing that the person I traded them too when to the electric side of the hobby due to not having any nitro experience and patience.
So, I finally had the opportunity to trade One of my three buggies for a nice NTC3.
Now for my bad news, my belt on my Ofna starter box is shredded and all "seven" LHS within 30 mins from me don't have a replacement belt so I can't run her til I get me a belt.

The Car: NTC3 (belonged to owner of BMI Racing)
BMI Racing custom fab chassis
Nova Rossi .12 S5 Turbo Race engine (I cleaned up the scratches on top of head)
RD Logics 2 chamber turbo pipe
Blade sway bar
Threaded shocks + spare threaded shocks
New Take Off foam tires
and lots of spares to keep me satisfied

Nice. Bring it out to Floyd Bennet Field on Friday.

can't do much without a belt for bump box.
Besides, I will be four wheelin in my real truck all weekend during the NEUROC rockcrawl event in PA

NJRC is the box your talking about the rtr box that comes with the pcr?? The black one...

nope, I have the stainless Ofna on/off road box and the belt is shredded. Not one LHS around me has one. I might try and run over to one of the seven LHS around me and maybe I will get lucky and match one up that belongs to something else.

what is the part ## on the belt? mg 8 087

hmmm?.....stock belt so these numbers may not mean much:
35BANDO
S3M234UK
ND

I tried Tower and Ofna site and couldn't even get an exact replacement belt number so the numbers I see on belt may mean nothing

aha.....I found my original instructions for the starter box. good thing I think like a geek and keep instruction manuals
belt part # 92808

Figures Tower has no such part number.
Oh well, tomorrow is another day as it looks like a belt from a touring car might work so I have to do some searching through the LHS to see what might work

I had liked them both in their own way. The NTC3 was quick right out of the box but was brittle on some parts. The RS4 3 Evo was a bit slow out of the box, but I had did a lot of mods to it and added a OS 18.

Thanks FRIDGE

well no luck at all digging through piles of parts and browsing through shelves at all seven LHS near me for a replacment belt for starter box so I ordered them through Nitrohouse.com
So without waiting for the belts to arrive to bump this car over, I borrowed my buddy's bump box and fired her up. She runs really really nice with this NovaRossi engine so the trade of my HB Lightning Pro 2 roller for this NTC3 was a pretty good deal to me.
