wow what is traxxas doing.. they are pulling all of these electric cars out of there butt, and they aren't even making any nitros atm.. does anyone know if they still are cuz there are plenty of ideas for a nitro

-buggy
-drag car
-rally car
-a bigger motor!!!

Yeah I've noticed the electric versions Are more popular than nitro now. I'm sorry but if an rc comes ripping by me at 50+mph i want to hear the damn thing scream. Although i do have to work on mine just about every time i bash it. Hell i can't even buy parts or fuel local Nymore. And the damn pep boys hear in macon sells About 4 different electric traxxas models and parts and nothing for the nitros

I'm with you Zdeaagon, I'd rather have to work on my nitro's than to run a car or truck that sounds like an electric shaver with tires. Burning nitro and making noise is the way to go. Get your parts on Ebay. You can find anything you want on there.

Yeah i have ordered several things from ebay already a new engine and yesterday got 2 brand new ez start assymblies for $36 delivered! Hell traxxas wants $50 each for em. I love ebay!!!

i love traxxas i think they are the best but they could make some changes and be 10x better

there is NO such thing as "the best ". but i still love my 3 nitro Traxxas trucks. iam thinking of a realy wild thing. mod the nitro engine raise the head a lot, and run 80-90% nitro. just a wild idea.

Traxxas needs to come up with a 1/5th scale platform. Offer it in sc/ mt and maybe a few other configurations. On road or dune buggy. Hell, just copy the revo. Keep the price under a grand and they'd have a winner that would make everybody happy.

If youwant great niro vehichles then buy a Losi 8ight or 8ight T, Losi XXL, Losi Ten T, MugenMBX6, Savage X SS, Associated MGT, OFNA has some good nitro buggies. Theres lots of good nitro kits out there youjust need to get away from traxxas. Traxxas is beginner learner model for great for beginners but notmuchafter that with one or two exeptions.

I'm realizing that already. But for my non existing budget the traxxas tmaxx and revo that i got my hands on for the little i have in them are still fun and affordable. I will add that i wont ever by another traxxas engine when i can get a dynamite .19T for the same price on ebay as a trx 2.5R. And i need a engine for my tmaxx now.

Traxxas makes affordable bashing rigs. The Revo wins mt races too. The 4x4 Slash and Pede? Traxxas is much more than just for beginners.

I love my revo. Since I've broken in the new 2.5r i have got it tunned perfect and with the short chassis on the revo it screams like a beast. Its quick on the throttle response and stable as hell on the jumps and tears outta the corners like it was meant to be! It is plenty fast enough top end for the kinda bashing i love to do. My tmaxx is kinda out of play till i get another engine for it. But what time i played with it with the 3.3 on it was awesome. Just not as stable as the revo but the suspension is lifted up all the way. I can drop it back down to handle better. It wasn't as well taken care of before i got it as my revo. The revos had suspension upgrades upper and lower control arms different spring tension and heavier oils in the shocks and steering arms installed and a wing that i love on the back. Helping protect the back of the body when i screw up and go to flipping it.

my hobby shop is filled with traxxas stuff and my brother who has a losi mini sct always has to order stuff.. so I'm limited to traxxas stuff but i like it anyways cuz it seems like my brothers car ALWAYS breaks and my traxxas doesn't :D

I have all traxxas trucks and have no problem beating lots of losi, associated, HPI, ect trucks on the track. If you take the time to set up your suspension right you would be suprised what any decent rig can do. Just my experience and opinion tho.:D:D

If i could modify some sort of a clutch bell off the shaft that would match up to the spur gear i would. Then i would have to explain what happened to the weed eater and that would be very interesting indeed.
