its a lot more expensive over here in the UK i can tell you that!
I'm gonna keep trying to get it right, the street i live on is perfect, its straight for a distance and at my end, theres a turn around point so theres a big open space ideal for drifting.

for any one thats interested heres the vid of the HPI toy

It can be done with nitro but it's harder to set up a clutch to give you instant torque without eating clutch shoes quickly....alot more maintenance w/ nitro than electric, that's why you mainly see electric drifters......and the narrower 190mm vs the 200mm chassis lets you pull it straight alot easier when you want to actually direct it out of a drift.....you will eat the ball diffs like candy if you over tighten em to drift....I know on my TC3 it's 3.5 turns back from full tight and it works for mine......that's only rear diff though...the front is solid......I'm not quite the pro at it but most of my driving lately has been electric TCs and drifting.....oh and get the highest current pack you can...I got that orion 4800 lipo and it freaking ROCKS.....way more juice than I need but damn if it ain't fun.....

seriously do yourself a favor and buy a used elec TC3 and set that up if you want a drifter....unless you are a nitro pro you'll just get really frustrated and be creating a bigger money pit than the standard nitro RCs are already (not that they are a bad pit, but at least make it a fun pit..LOL)
