now to start off the exhaust belches ALOT of smoke... so how it isnt on the body at all confuses me greatly.

but oil all over the pipe and fuel tank? I'm confused on that one

edit: can't see the oil its perfectly clear with no debrie coats the fuel tank and part of the pipe. under the tank is some dirty oil

this run was basicly in a lot going full throttle back and forth with a tiny bit of circles and drifting. is something wrong here?

looks like a leak somewere. check your header gasket and the rubber coupling, also look for holes in the header or crack in the pipe.

edit maby even backplate leak

I'm pretty sure i never opened this engine... so i dont think the backplate wouild be the reason... the header i could see... it doesn't feel like its on sturdy.. are there any after market ntc3 headers?

sound more like it could be the gasket on the tank lid or crack in the fuel tank or even a leak where the fuel tubing attaches to the tank.

well maybe if we go bashing ill let you have a look at it... the header is my biggest lead... but the ae header is the only one i remeber seeing

well heres the thing. if it was comming fromt he exhaust it would not be clear/clean. it would be grimy and kinda dark. If you have a bunch of clear liquid it has to be comming from somplace BEFORE it hits the engine.

Mine leaks like that from the pressure line hole in the pipe..Or it could be your exhaust gasket.Make sure you use the black one that comes with the OS..I use it and it doesn't leak.

I had to route my fuel line AWAY from the header..........it would rub against the header and form a tiny hole that would allow some fuel to be sprayed everywhere during WOT runs...............of course, if thats the problem, then in the near future you will start to notice some tuning issues as the tiny hole gets bigger.......
