heres my deal deciding through these 2 motors the tm i like becasue it has a 2 year warranty is ez to put in but the tm will be on back order if i order it and who knows when ill get it i like the tz becasue it has more hp's and has a pull start but doesn't come with a warranty and require modification to get it in what should i do?

if you want one that bad and quickly go with the tz ,there are a few threads around with picks on how to install

i went with the TM and ordered the t-maxx version to bypass the backorder situation. granted you'll need to dremel off the fins and get a manifold that works , i happened to already have one from a previous tm (revo) that sucked in some dirt. the sirio manifold might work.

Get A Fantom .18 And The Os Header For A Revo
The Fantom Makes More Hp

Os .18 Tm Makes 1.65
Fantom .18 Makes 1.95

Here Ya Go
I Race My Revo With Teh Fantom .18

I would love to know the big difference between the TZ and the TM. Is it worth coverting the TZ over to fit the REVO, (ei.. shaft and back plate swap). can't get enough info on the OSENGINE .com website. Is the TM a modified TZ to fit the REVO, or is there really a huge differnce between the two engines?

what throws me off is that the TZ is cheaper $$ than the TM...
