I recently brought home from storage my unfinished Kyosho MP 6 International. The engine I bought at the time I purchased the kit from Japan was the O.S. Max .21RZ-V99B. I have no idea why I bought it so I need to ask. Has anyone used this engine? How does it perform? The manual says to break it in with fuel containing 30% nitromethane-couldn't I use 20% or will this damage the engine?

20% will be fine, I have heard the vz-b wears fast so don't run it lean. 30% will increase the rate of wear.

I was talking about the engine. The power is good and if your nice to it you will should be very pleased with performance and reliability.

I run this engine as my practice engine. I like it alot. EZ to tune and has alot of top end and medium low end. WS7II for the real stuff tho. Nothing beats IMO and from what I have seen on tracks.

hi
I've had a few rz over last year and verry happy
easy to tune go well,no need to run high temps they make plenty of power.one thing to remember is keep a eye on rear crank bearing, lve had a couple break up ,and l always use after run
