I just installed a o.s 18tz in my T Maxx 3.3 everything is good except for the header for the exhaust. Do anybody know of a way to connect the O.S to the resonator pipe? I'm open for suggestions

The only way that I know is to buy an aftermarket header for the O.S. b/c the trx pipe uses a bolt on header....

I would buy an o.s. .18 TM manifold because thats made for the tmaxx

It's a pricey son-of-a-gun, but it may be your only option on a maxx with that pipe. Pretty much all aftermarket pipes/headers for the maxx are made to be direct bolt-ons to the TRX exhaust port size.

I know it says it's for the 21TM, but the 18TM and 21TM used the same header. Same goes for the OS revo header.

This one might work... but I doubt it:

It's for RB's TM523 engine which may have a big block sized exhaust port, which will be way to big for the OS18TZ:

You can try sending RB an email or something asking them the ID of the flange that goes over the exhaust port.

I got it to work.. what I did was dremmeled the 3.3 header so that it would fit. It's a perfect fit...
