Nitro how's that working out for you?

Not sure if I can make it myself, got lots going on here in the summer, and I'm waaaay south of you, it's a 4 hr drive (no comments from you 90 MPH+ I-5 speedsters. :D )

However. How about Southern Oregon- Norcal folks, anyone interested in getting together?

I have a crappy semi-oval track on my property, and right now there's NOTHING for nitro around here, the track at RC Addiction is electric only racing (thank you, City of Medford, you and your attitudes suck.) So maybe we could to a Southern NW bash. :D Plenty of parking and room on my property for tents and sleeping bags, and if you're quick you might even be able to snag a wild turkey for breakfast. :D

Anyway offer's open, sometime this summer.
 
Thanks for the offer bil. The Outdoor Offroad track is opening (it might be open already, ill have to check) soon and when it is fixed up and ready for racing, it looks great (you can see it at amainraceway.com). I think that would be our best bet because it is the best place to go and race/bash and its pretty close for some of us. Me and Got Nitro will have exact dates and spots soon. We'll keep you posted.
 
The Canby, OR outdoor track is officially open and racing is going on now. I'm going to go check it out this week or next to see if it would be a good place to have a bash/race get together or just to drive on the track on the practice days.

What does everyone think of having the bash on August 1-7? (not every day) maybe like a 2 day thing. Tell me which dates you think you can make it and we will be closer to an exact date. :cheers:

I might be able to get the wife away for a day and come jam with you guys. Some things are changing in my life and I might have some time now.

Sunday & Monday of any week is best for me <shrug>
 
sweet. what's great is, the new schedule adds sunday as a practice day. Heres the new 2005 schedule:

Monday- CLOSED
Tuesday- FREE PRACTICE ALL DAY
Wednesday- NITRO OFF-ROAD RACING 7pm
Thursday- OPEN PRACTICE ALL DAY (cost $3 per hour, $10 all day)
Friday- ELECTRIC OFF-ROAD RACING 7:30pm
Saturday- OPEN PRACTICE ALL DAY
Sunday- OPEN PRACTICE ALL DAY

I plan on going every Tuesday and every other Wednesday to race. (it depends on if the parents are willing to drive)

Maybe we can start another team... who knowes.
 
Well I'm out,I've decided not to buy another truck until next year or until i get a job,I'm in the process of looking for jobs,and working for familly,so eric ill leave this up to you,have fun little buddy.
 
I got my mbx-5 all set up, rebuilt the brakes..... and my bro just bought a RB ECONO for his TTR-S3. I can't wait to drive!
