GENERAL RULES
- No drinking or drug use on premises
- No abusive or foul language
- Cars are not permitted to return through the track
- No testing permitted off-tree on track – must be done on side road only
- Cars must pass tech inspection (from 11:00 to 11:30 am)
VEHICLE RULES
- Nitro – big or small block permitted
- Brushless – 2s only
- Wheelbase from 11.25 to 13.25 (Standard SE sizes)
- Rubber tire only
RACE RULES
- Dry tire – no sticky prep allowed
- Tire conditioning, cleaning allowed (Simple Green, etc)
- 10 dollar first round buybacks
- Cars must be carried to staging area – no driving through track to get there
- Cars not to be driven back through track/traps after completing race – must be carried back to pit
- Do not walk through starting beams after run – or your time will get reset
- Tree is set to sportsman
- You can touch the center line, but crossing is a DQ (first car to loses)
- Burnout pads are provided, but you can bring your own. If you use your own, please place the original pad back in it’s original position
STAGING RULES
- Drivers have 5 minutes to get to staging once called
- After burnouts, drivers will be asked by race master if ready
- After both drivers ready the tree is set, drivers will stage their cars
- Drivers have approximately 60 seconds to get their cars staged
- Both yellow bulbs (pre-stage, stage) must be triggered to be staged – the green light at top will indicate “ready”
- Deep staging is allowed – meaning you can creep forward far enough for the pre-stage light to go out, as long as the stage and green light are lit you are good
- Once both drivers are staged, you have 2-3 seconds before the tree counts down
- If one driver is staged, and the other driver is not and the tree begins counting, it will be up to the discretion of the staged driver to allow a restart – only one restart is permitted
- Red lighting is a loss – no chase is a race
