Anyone have an idea of who has the best stock for nprc? A main has a good but limited selection. I figure there's gotta be a dedicated no prep store out there somewhere and I'd like to support them.

RC Bombshells used to be a great site dedicated to NPRC, but not so much lately. All I see is shrinking part availability, (ie the Spektrum ESC /Motor combo for the Losi 22s is marked down to $49 from $129). No prep is dying.

No prep is dying.
I can see why it might seem like No Prep is “dying,” especially compared to the huge COVID-era boom. Mainstream attention and sales have definitely cooled off since then.

That said, No Prep RC is still a relatively new concept—organized events only started around 2018—and it’s shown steady growth within the community itself if you look past the boom. NPRC and local races have continued to expand, even if the casual or mainstream audience isn’t as engaged as during the boom. I dont think the drop in broader attention is a sign the hobby is failing; it’s just a reflection that the massive surge was temporary, and the sport is returning to a niche for now.
