Get your computer smarts out, that is a job for a LAN administrator or something along those lines. Looks like they want someone who can configure work stations and work with domino servers.

Choice location for you.

Actually, upon further reading it is actually a seminar on getting educated about setting up a LAN. So it is not a job offer, but an ad for a seminar.

You don't need your computer smarts. Pay your fee, head to Panama and get some smarts.

Si, hablo

Sorry, missed the extra "i" in there. Dominio is domain...I thought it read domino, as in domino servers which are a type of server.

You know that this is possible however the e-mail address I received this one is one that has a ton of Panama mailing lists going to it. Though this one was directly adressed to my address and not the list members. The location they are talking about at least the building is unfamiliar to me but the street I know very well and it is in an area that's loaded with big money. The Mirimar hotel, Plaza Paitilla hotel, US consulate, several law firms and a few other things are located on that street. That section of town has been booming since the US pulled out in 99 so it's not entirely impossible that it is legit.

While most of us get those millions of dollars out of Nigeria types of e-mails, this one struck home. I'll drop a line to a few buddies I have down there and ask them about it, not that I have any intention of traveling there at that time, wait they have a Central American AA convention at that same time that I wanted to attend so maybe I can take a week and travel down there and see. I'll post more after I talk to a few friends down there.
